MS5561C by a high-precision silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor and analog-to-digital converter IC composed by 3-wire microcontroller interface and external communications. Size of the sensor is 4.75 mm x 4.25 mm, thickness of only 1.6 mm. MS5561C provides 16 digital output pressure and temperature, the main features of the low voltage, low power consumption, and automatic standby (ON / OFF) function.
